Some of us, the unexpected, we tend to make a mental list of all the negatives - real or potential - that change brings. I wonder why people instinctively able to see the advantages and possibilities that open, letting in a second or third place any adversity.
I want to, because I think a more realistic view of life and because when I have the luck to find someone who makes me see things from a different angle, I feel almost ashamed for not being able to see the light of their own accord.
setbacks at home were almost never accepted as part of normal, but as misfortune that could have been avoided. That's the mentality I grew up, and I want to change. My brother has been achieved through meditation and interest shown towards the spiritual side of life. Others get it after overcoming a near-death experience or a disease. And, of course, many are optimistic by nature simple. I want to find a way to change my way of reacting to turn it into a natural habit.
