On Sunday, as a parting gift, he cooked Jana one of his favorite dishes, risotto (well, with great help from my mother ♥). Next time I cook alone, UHM! He left here the recipe for anything in particular, to have on hand when you need it and because I'm fond of cooking lately and I feel like shouting it from the rooftops:
INGREDIENTS (for 1 person)
-100 -75 grams of rice
grams of mushrooms (we used 4 mushrooms, which was what we had on hand) -1
small glass of dry white wine
-1 / 4 onion
tooth -1 -150
garlic broth cl (we use the chicken, if I remember correctly)
-thyme (a pinch)
-parsley (we think at the end and put it over, so he went to the eye)
-25 grams of Parmesan cheese, pepper Black, olive oil, butter and salt. PREPARATION
Wash rice and set aside. Peel and chop the onion and garlic, clean and chop the mushrooms and bring the broth to boil.
Heat a pan with a knob of butter and a drizzle of olive oil, when hot add the onion and garlic, sauté one minute over medium-high heat and then add the mushrooms chopped, salt and pepper to taste. Fry
few minutes without browning too much and add the rice, stirring for one to two minutes. Then add the wine and continue stirring until it has been absorbed, sprinkle with thyme and reduce heat to start pouring the hot broth, cup for cup.
Drizzle with the first cup of broth and rice to go stir until the grains absorb it, then add another cup of stock and repeat until finished. Be ready in about 20 minutes. Before removing from the heat (although we did later), grated Parmesan cheese over the casserole and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, mix well and ready.
