Médulas , located near the village of the same name, are nestled in the heart of the Comarca del Bierzo. It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1997.

channels that reach more than 100 kilometers. This water was stored in tanks from which was thrown on the galleries, previously constructed in the mountains, producing a large drag the gold cluster, which was driven to the channel named wash, where gold was deposited by weight.
